I first made contact with Stephanie last year when my family began planning our move to the Gilbert area. I moved to Phoenix from out-of-state and was staying in a AirBnB that had a time limit on it. I was unfamiliar with the city and she showed me a number of homes in different areas of the city. When we chose one, she took care of everything so that I was able to focus on my new job. She set up all the appts for inspectors, met them at the property, made sure everything was done and gathered all the paperwork so that I had copies of everything. She walked me through the process of purchasing the house and then was able to set me up with a Mortgage company that got me closed in 2 weeks. When there were problems after the Closing, she stayed with me through the whole thing to make sure everything was resolved. Buying a house is stressful. She never became impatient, she was always available when I had a question, and explained things fully without being irritated. She's not just there to make a commission. She truly cares. I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy and especially if you're relocating. The process is difficult and she tried her hardest to ease anything that she had control over.
